            Funded by the Ministry of Interior within the Programme of Security Research 2010-2015 (BV

            the project is intended to identify the critical factors bearing the most serious negative
            function of the Czech security system. The critical review of the systemic capabilities wi
            marginal strain will also be provided. The main aim of the project is to deliver comprehen

            recommendations and mechanism allowing the system to adapt to rapidly changing conditions,
            resource restraints combined with increasing stress and evolving threats.
