The project is developed within the 7th EU Framework Programme and coordinated by Everis (Spain). The CESES is one of its 13 consortium partners. The project intends to increase the physical security of European citizens and foster economic stability and growth in European cities by improving the protection of critical infrastructures, through designing a multimodal early warning security solution focused on privacy respect, low consumption technologies and advanced detection algorithms associated to a data fusion and data mining smart engine.
