            Within this Network of Excellence project under the 6th EU Framework Program, the CESES co
            consortium of more than 40 universities and research centres. The mission of this network 

            and disseminate findings about the development of citizenship and overlapping identities a
            overcome civic apathies and social exclusion in Europe. Denmark’s Roskilde University was 
            project coordinator. The CESES was the network’s main coordinator for activities aimed at 

            transfer of scientific evidence and best practices on to multiple target groups at various
            Community levels; it was also the national coordinator for the Czech Republic.
