            The project was implemented within the framework of the Single Programming Document 3, Eur
            Fund. It aimed at developing and piloting a new programme of further education. The object

            establish an education and counselling centre for helping subjects in the public, business
            sectors both methodologically and practically to obtain the necessary skills for drafting 
            strategies. 11 lectors were trained within the project and subsequently started teaching p

            participants from the ranks of the public, business and civic sectors received a total of 
            upon successful completion of the pilot courses.
