The project was implemented within the framework of the Single Programming Document 3, European Social Fund. It aimed at developing and piloting a new programme of further education. The objective was to establish an education and counselling centre for helping subjects in the public, business and civic sectors both methodologically and practically to obtain the necessary skills for drafting programs and strategies. 11 lectors were trained within the project and subsequently started teaching pilot courses. 103 participants from the ranks of the public, business and civic sectors received a total of 124 certificates upon successful completion of the pilot courses.
